Old School Kim! Glass rods and early Ross Reel. That area is the worst thing that Maine DIFW ever screwed up

That Smallie had to be an absolute blast! I caught my biggest at Shawmut back in the day.

I've got the Ross in the #3 size, over 30 years old now and runs great.

Al;
Is that the original Ross without a clutch; so that whatever drag you have it set at goes both ways? In other words the drag is the same on the outgoing as it is when reeling in against the same drag?

They're still in there, Pasture pool, and I have enjoyed a few nights of many bass from 10 to near 17 inches on my four weight. Is there no discussion or initiative to reestablish thetrout uOne caution, on the way out proceed slowly over the rail road crossing, especially if you have a passenger vehicle.

I fished that part of the river for the first time this summer. I waded out behind some silos I caught 4 smallies One of which was close to 4lbs Thank you Mr Kim for pointing me in that direction
